Patient Information

During the first appointment, the doctor will perform an exam, including probing and taking x-rays if needed. After the initial exam, the doctor will recommend a treatment plan, at which point our office staff will verify insurance benefits and schedule any necessary appointments. 

We encourage you to invite your spouse, friend, or family member to accompany you to this important appointment. This is especially valuable if this person will be actively involved with your treatment or financial decision-making process. Please note, children under 10 years old are not permitted in the operatory except as the patient.

Payment in full is expected on the day services are performed, unless prior arrangements have been made with the office manager.
